About Us

The Neon Hive is an independent multi-disciplined creative agency, a creative solutions agency. Established in East London one starry night back in 2004, the studio is now located in Chichester on the beautiful south coast of England.

What We Do:

We do branding, creative consulting, illustration, packaging design, press campaigns, interactive web design and bespoke development for esoteric lifestyle and niche luxury brands. We also do graffiti (on request), drink alcohol, overdose on caffeine, tweet and listen to hip hop or heavy metal but the latter is just personal preference. We do apply creativity on every level to provide considered and deliberate solutions for client brand management and promotion. Frilly things like brand identity, press packs, websites etc. are simply the manner in which we deliver these solutions. We do have 3 simple objectives: to expand your business without dwindling cash on the unnecessary, to deliver bespoke solutions providing real results and real value and to trade ethically and honestly with our clients, partners and team in an accessible, approachable and proactive manner without jargon! We do abide by one simple rule; to defy perception, in each capacity in which we trade.

What We Don’t Do:

We don’t jack up the cost of a project for reciprocal short-term results and then never see you again. We don’t take your money when it would be better spent elsewhere. We don’t design for design’s sake. We don’t build websites off-the-shelf and claim it is bespoke. We don’t have an inflated ego. We don’t work for free, we like you, have bills to pay. We don’t work with people that don’t respect what we do.

What We Want:

We want to empower you to make your business succeed; we simply provide the tools to make it happen. We want our clients to spend less on better results. We want longevity.

Known for our considered and deliberate aesthetic, no inflated ego, just bespoke creative solutions tailored to your brand’s needs. As niche brands, we realise your budgets are often limited. Sure, we like to create pretty things like logos, packaging and interactive showcases but what we love more is how those pretty things generate growth for your company. That’s the adrenaline rush we get from our jobs and the reason we get out of bed each day. We don’t create for pompous accolades rather with our clients’ strategic objectives in mind.
