Stockwell Skatepark Exhibition
StolenSpace is proud to present “Out of Stock”, a skatepark exhibition based around one of London’s skate meccas, Stockwell.
Brixton was home to our studio for 3 debaucherous years so we’re stoked to see one of our regular old haunts and its locals getting some serious attention, the notorious Stockwell Skatepark in SW London. Rad.

Hair Hats by Nagi Noda
Must be something in the (h)air but I literally cannot stop marvelling at these visionary hair hats by Nagi Noda. Made using ahem, yeah, real hair.
Anyone that knows me IRL will know my obsession with animals, millinery and really big hair up-do’s. Bringing all of those elements together into one multiversal form is much like being a kid at Christmas (for me)… and I’m unapologetic in this belated excitement. My only shame is existing in ignorance – to this point.
Join the Love Movement
LOVE MOVEMENT is an art show using vinyl toys to deliver universal messages about love. Presented by Danke Schoen and Shin Tanaka.
After reflecting on the lack of love in the world, recently married artists, Shin Tanaka and Nao Shimojo, sent blank versions of their character toys to over 50 other artists around the world, including some who are also couples. The artists were asked to customize the toys with their designs and be part of the LOVE MOVEMENT.

Incredible rainbow houses in the slums of Rio de Janeiro. Praça Cantão, the square at the entrance of the community of Santa Marta, has been the scene of a spectacular art intervention where it has been turned into a vibrant artwork of monumental scale.

Sometimes you stumble across something/one that is just so darned inspirational and those creative, community minded folks over at the Art House Co-op are just that. In particular, The Sketchbook Project, their ‘open for participation’ project where anyone – from anywhere in the world – can be a part of the project.
The Lossy Botany Lab

Jon Burgerman is back in Hamburg town for his second solo show in the city. “The Lossy Botany Lab” promises a whole new, never before seen, set of works by the UK artist not to mention a botanical installation on site.

Woke up to a lovely email from my 7 year old god child, Lola. The subject “this may help you with your work”… and yes, it totally will. She’s such an inspiration and is clearly totally down with modern surrealism. This is one of her artworks, a collage she made. I couldn’t be more proud to have her in my life.
